ozone should be joining channels that emit a "Possible Flooder" server notice (snote) one or more times in 500 seconds.

Example:
-apocalypse.IRC4Fun.net- NOTICE: Possible Flooder test[testuser@aexygz6q:ue6hdjbr:62peoswq:ip] on apocalypse.IRC4Fun.net target: #v4-testchan
